Pippinville is a marvelous town that I've overlooked until now. Featuring awesome buildings (especially the ones done by Lady Pippin herself), and days worth of exploring, I highly suggest you look at this town. The GZ of the town contains teleports to buildings/areas of the town. Though I never visited them all (there's a lot!) my favorite so far is Lady Pippin's Island, located below. You can expect to see about one and half years of solid work, as the town was founded November 6th, 1999. This is a very large town and I'm uncertain what the population is but it's still active and accepting new residents.
